preparing your shipments please ensure that your packages are marked
and labeled properly to avoid any delays in delivery of your cargo to
your booth. Your shipments should be marked as follows: EXHIBITOR NAME STAND NO. _______ MINING INDABA 2010 CASE NO. ____ OF _____ GROSS WEIGHT AND NET WEIGHT DIMENSIONS Your equipment should be packed in strong, waterproof packing cases that can be reused after the event for repacking of your cargo. Keep in mind that your cargo is moved various times from your facility to your booth and the packing should be able to withstand constant jostling and movement.
